Big Easy Express SXSW premiere details
As previously announced, the Railroad Revival Tour documentary the Big Easy Express will premiere at the closing night of this year’s SXSW Film Festival in Texas on 17th March. We can also now announce some more details surrounding the event, including information on how to get hold of a limited number of tickets…
Firstly, the details: In attendance at the screening, which will begin at the Paramount at 4pm, will be the members of Mumford & Sons, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros and Old Crow Medicine, as well as the director Emmett Malloy and producers Tim Lynch, Mike Luba and Bryan Ling. All of the above will participate in a Q&A before an exclusive acoustic set gets underway.
Secondly, the tickets: This event is open to SXSW Film, Music, Gold and Platinum Badges, SXSW Film Passes, and Music Wristbands. However, if you don’t have one of these, a limited number of advance single tickets are available for $12 via the Paramount website, and as capacity allows, day-of-show single tickets may be purchased for $10 at the Paramount Theatre box office approximately 15 minutes prior to the screening.
