sorry for the Grammar. In my post “Backs” should be “Bikes.” I usually use better grammar but I wanted my post to be as organic as possible.

Hello Marcus and Ben, et al. I know on your tours you guys meet a lot of people so I know you guys probably wouldn’t remember her but my mom’s really close friend is Lucy from Gurthrie, Oklahoma that helped with your stop-over there. I remember Ben tried to get my two brothers and I to dance (we didn’t) at the disco cover band in downtown the night before the concert. I just wanted to say that my father died on May 31 when he was hit by a intoxicated woman when he and my mother were riding their backs together on a country road. My mother was in ICU and almost died in the hospital. For my father’s memorial service we compiled pictures for a slide show accompanied by music. One of the songs was “Ghosts that We Knew.” I know that the song had a different and more personal context for you guys but I want you guys to know it, personally for me and my family, struck a deep and affecting chord with us. That song has helped me and the family through this dark time. I know you guys get a lot of fan mail but I figured it never gets old hearing how your music positively influences your fans. Thank you for sharing your song with us.

Before I start with the praising, I would like to invite you, Marcus in particular, to contact me regarding songwriting. I am a freelance songwriter/poet, and would love to do some work with you. I don’t do this for any sort of remuneration, but for the love of it. If one can compare you to other bands, your energy and passion will stand out head and shoulders above the rest, hence my request. I am a big fan of your music and lyrics, as well as the talent you clearly received plenty of. Feel free to consider this anytime, and contact me accordingly.

Is there any way you could come and play a song or two at Riverwalk special school in Bury St Edmunds Suffolk . My daughters school is holding river fest for a leaving event for a head mistress and a long serving care taker on the 21st . The are holding a picnic and a disco weather permitting out side .
If you could help this would be great .

Hey! Could y’all do a cover of the song “LANDSLIDE” by Fleetwood Mac? As a musician, think you guys could do an amazing cover of that song.

My fiance and I would like to cordially invite you to play at our wedding, May 23, 2015 in Alaska! We are planning an outdoor wedding/reception at a scenic location and would be honored if you would consider it. We would be happy to help book the band at local venues to help defray the costs of travel :) Emerson and Jill

Would just like to start by saying how AMAZING Mumford and Sons are! So here’s where you found me ” september 24, 2012. I was in a very serious motorcycle accident, shattered my femur in unbelievably 27 places. I also tore the left brechial plexus I’m my arm 7/8 nerves torn from my spinal cord. Making it today yes completely paralyzed. Also had 2 bleeds in my brain a broken thumb and collapsed lungs. It was not a fun time lost of pain and tears but also many months laying on hospital beds listening to you guys. Taking me out of this world with you guys. I later seen your Bable tour in Edmonton Alberta Canada! Was such an amazing event, the bands the crowd.. Simply incredible! Anyways, I don’t know if you guys actually see this but I just wanted to share my story and how Mumford and Sons touched my life
