In a world full of uncertainties, it's good to know there are some things you can be sure of i.e, in this case, the fact that Mumford & Sons are not ones to stay away from the road for long. Sooner rather than later those feet, hands and hearts start to twitch, they reach for their amp leads and head out in search of some fellow music fans and a stage...

And this time where they're headed is Nashville, a city whose musical heritage and warmth occupies a very special place in each of their hearts. Here's where and when you can catch them...

Ticketmaster paperless ticketing information:

These shows will use Ticketmaster’s paperless ticketing system. Paperless ticketing is a fulfillment method that completely eliminates the need to print a ticket. Ticket buyers complete their purchase online with a credit card and their card immediately becomes the form of entry for the event. When entering the venue purchasers must have their entire party together, a government-issued ID and the credit card used to purchase tickets. After the credit card is swiped and validated, entry is granted for the number of seats purchased and seat locator slips are printed that guide the guests to their seats.

All tickets will be sold via internet only. There will be a strict 4-ticket per person limit for each show. Multiple orders are forbidden and violation of this policy will result in cancellation of orders.

Mumford & Sons to play at Amnesty International's Secret Policeman's Ball

With great pleasure and pride Mumford & Sons will perform at this year's - the 50th -Amnesty International Secret Policeman's Ball. The Ball has been held annually since 1976 in celebration of all things free speech and will this year take place at New York's Radio City Hall, it's first time in a non-UK location, on 4th March.

The band are joining a bill topped by Coldplay and hosted by The Daily Show's Jon Stewart and Russell Brand and the evening will include performances, collaborations, comedy sketches and stand-up routines and, UK folks, will be broadcast on Channel 4.

Mumford & Sons have been nominated in 4 categories of the 54th Grammy Awards. All 4 nominations are for the band's second US single The Cave, from their debut album Sigh No More.

Best Rock Performance

Best Rock Song

Dawes and Mumford & Sons - World Cafe 20th Anniversary Concert footage

The extremely great World Cafe radio show, which broadcasts out of Philadelphia on WXPN, recently celebrated its 20th anniversary with a concert which just so happend to take place at the same time the guys were over in the States. So when friends Dawes invited them onstage for a part in 'When My Time Comes', they did just that. And this is how it turned out...

Mumford & Sons were extremely honoured to be asked by Andrea Arnold to write a piece for her film adaptation of Emily Brontë's Wuthering Heights, which is showing in UK cinemas from today. There are currently no plans to release 'The Enemy'... however you can listen to it online here.
