As you may remember, The Sons were regretfully and reluctantly forced to cancel their Rome gig recently owing to Marcus succombing to a particularly vicious bought of tonsilitus; his angered and enraged tonsils - like two tiny teenagers - flared up in a fit of petulance, wreaking havoc upon the family throat. Typical teen-like tonsil behaviour, classic.
Fortunately, the hormonal fog of adolescence has lifted and the tearaway tonsils have matured into a pair of fine, glistening grown-up glands any parent would be proud of. So fit and healthy once more, it is with great delight that we can now announce that the rescheduled show is to take place on 15th July 2010 once again at the origial venue, Rome’s Circolo Degli Artisti!
This makes us, and we hope you, very happy indeed, and we’d like again to say a massive THANK YOU to all the fans who’d made lengthy (and even not so lengthy) journeys to the show and in the face of cancellation were fantastically understanding, gracious and kind.

Beka, a good restaurant is also Primo (http://www.primoalpigneto.it/), 15 mins’ walk from Circolo. The nicest/not too expensive/closest hotel I can think of is Hotel Bled (I know the name’s creepy) http://www.leonardihotels.com/Bled/index.jsp Hope .this can be useful :)

i wouldnt know any hotel to recommend in the area, u can check welrome hotel though,is near termini railway station which means close to the center and not that far from the concert venue.as for the restaurant issue u can have dinner within the circolo itself while waiting for the concert to start!

tickets are on sale on greenticket! I just got mine :) Does anyone know a nice hotel which ist not extremely far away from circolo degli artisti, but still in a nice area/not too far from the city center? Any restaurant recommendations? thanks

from what comcerto tells me, circolo degli artisti is in charge of starting the presales. so I gather that when circolo officially announce it, then the sales will start. http://www.circoloartisti.it/

from greenticket, they told me the date is not confirmed yet, but the girl recommended me to continue checking the greenticket website, which is real-tim updated. Keep on checking :)
