*UPDATE 12th August* all pre-sale ticket links have now been added to the Live section (including a recently added link for the New Orleans date on 5th November). Where no link is provided this means that unfortunately it has not been possible to set up a ticket pre-sale - so just make sure you check back in on Friday 13th when the general ticket sale begins.
