I understand and TOTALLY respect your decision but I was one of the people willing to pay a “scalper” to see you. I paid $250 for my tickets (a lot for me) because every venue you visit sells out and REALLY want to see you!!! Thankfully I have been refunded but I am so sad because I had even arranged a babysitter to see your concert!!!

Joining the chorus of the disappointed. It is sad that tickets were sold to scalpers before they were “on sale” to fans so there is nothing we can do but stay home.

Not attending, though minutes from my house. Please remain humble Marcus, Ben, Ted and Winston. Consider ticketABC/Tickettext and avoid ticketmaster. I am pleased to stiff scalpers with my 7 seats of tickets, and will enjoy Bristol and Dixon instead of the Chicago show. I hope you cancel and reissue all these tickets to fans, or that there are scalpers that lose their $, if tickets cannot be purchased directly by fans. Play well!

I am extremely disappointed in the games that have been going on. I am a loyal fan, like many others, who was denied a ticket right when they went on sale. I am very dissatisfied and expec better of such great musicians. But it’s not too bad! I can pay $1000 for a $50 ticket from bullshit scalpers. Hope your show is as good as the assholes who attend it.

Like so many other dissatisfied fans, I too did not even stand a fighting chance of buying a ticket for this venue. I went onto Ticketmaster website five minutes prior to their stated selling time and refreshed until tickets were available for sale. Only, they weren’t available; they were completely sold out within a minute of opening up for sales. Strangely enough, 700+ tickets were available on StubHub for double or more the purchase price. I absolutely refuse to pay some scalper on StubHub double the price or more for a ticket, because they monopolized the system to the point that fans, who actually want to attend the concert, cannot buy tickets at face value. Ticketmaster needs to change their selling policy, perhaps by selling a little bit at a time to prevent this from happening. It’s a bloody shame that Ticketmaster allows profiteering to flourish like this. Mumford, you are by far my all-time favorite band, and I have been anticipating you all coming to Chicago for quite awhile now, which only deepens my disappointment.
