Im Completly Gutted. I bought tickets for this , but they have been lost in the post !!
Fnac wont do anything about it, as the tickets arnt numbered, they were last traced in London a month ago. We have all the confirmation details but no tickets! All out travel costs and hotel have been booked and paid for as we live in England. PLEASE HELP!
