I live in Connecticut so when I saw they were coming to Maryland, I knew I could make it. The concert was sold out of course, but I found one pit seat on StubHub, and called sick out of work Thursday and Friday. That would give me time to make the 10 hour drive each way, partly through torrential rain and lightning. I made fast friends at the show and had an incredible time. Absolutely worth it, and would do it again in a heartbeat. I can’t wait to see them live again. Truly amazing :) !!!

As I said earlier, this concert was unbelievably amazing. Definitely the best I’ve ever been lucky to attend. All of your fans out in dancing in the rain proved how wonderful it was…there was no way they were leaving even with the thunder and lightning. Mr. Chris Richards was obviously not at the same concert I was. And if he was, he had his ears and eyes shut…probably with his arms crossed pouting that he was being forced to go out in the rain. Poor thing was probably afraid he’d muss his hair. So I just wanted to say again THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for such a fabulous night in Columbia. Much love to all.

I left school early to order these tickets. I can’t believe I marked the wrong month on my calendar—and found out 3 days AFTER the concert. I don’t think I will ever forgive myself for missing this concert. Seeing them live was a goal of mine for a good year or so, now I suppose I will have to wait longer. I’ll still cherish my tickets no matter what.Come back soon!

I love the comments made by fans against the Washington Post Review by Chris Richards. He never mentions the loyalty of fans in lawn seating, the standing ovation for most of the show or the promising new songs. It really does seem like he must’ve seen the bad weather and decided to stay home and watch M&S videos on Youtube. Here’s to the Gentlemen of the Road!

man oh man what an awesome concert!! most defiantly up there on my list of best concerts! even though me and my girlfriend were on the lawn.. the rain/hail of the Mumford Monsoon (i love how everyones calling it that) everyone was singing, dancing and jumping in the rain and the sons didnt even hit the stage yet! totally made up for the god awful heat and humidity! then the lights went out for your set and the crowd went insane! it was a huge party up on the lawn! one of the best nights of my life! come back soon please.. and preferably to a BIGGER venue! like i dont know Verizon Center in Washington DC? or 1st mariner or Patriot Center! who cares JUST COME BACK SOON WE LOVE YOU MUMFORD AND SONS! and btw the guy that did a review on you guys in the washington post was an asshole!

INCREDIBLE SHOW! I had an amazing time and I wish I could see them again. The new songs were great, it was great to hear them. I can’t wait for the next album. Mumford & Sons sound even better live than in studio, if you can believe it. Thanks for such a great concert!
