Signed up before the cut off for Camden NJ…woke up early…no presale code…no text no nothing…?? Why?January 25, 2017 at 4:27 pm #8233
That was a shit show, everyone i know… their computer was frozen, wouldnt let you type in access code. sold out except for lawn in minutes. omly worked from phone. so upset!January 25, 2017 at 4:40 pm #8235
I had the same issue! Such crap!January 25, 2017 at 4:43 pm #8236
I never got a code either for the Camden show! I believe that even though you registered, the system would randomly select registrants to get the texted access code (at least that’s what I thought I read). So no luck today, will try on Friday. Hopefully the bots/scalpers won’t have the tickets all scarfed up by the time I get through!!January 25, 2017 at 4:57 pm #8237
It seems I had the same issues. I got the code as did my friend, but wasted alot of time trying to work on my computer, only to give up and use my phone. By that time everything was gone! OH WAIT though they are avilable on Ebay for 581.00 Each. Anyone willing to pay through the nose can still get them :( Angry Angry Angry
Once again Ticketmaster/LiveNation has screwed the pooch. I DESPISE these sites!!January 25, 2017 at 5:20 pm #8240
I am very disappointed. The Camden, NJ presale did not properly work and kept freezing. i was on at immediately 10am with presale code and would not let me order the pit tickets i desperately wanted. site froze continuously! finally only let me order lawn seats which is not what i wanted but want to go to concert. Will someone send an email explaining why this happened and if anything can be done?January 25, 2017 at 5:37 pm #8241
The information did read, “if selected” for a pre-sale code. This means not everyone who registered was going to get a code. Look out for other pre-sales for the show you are trying to get to. And then there is general sale on Friday for all 3 shows.
It reads as though the Camden ticket page especially froze. But I think there were was a huge volume of traffic on the other pre sale pages too. Only a small amount go into the pre sale.
It is so frustrating to see the tickets on re-sale sites already. These are all credit card entry by the looks of things.
Really hope everyone can get to the show they want to. Believe xJanuary 25, 2017 at 5:46 pm #8242
I didn’t receive a presale code either. Such BSJanuary 25, 2017 at 8:11 pm #8243
I can’t believe this happened!! Before 10:00 I didn’t receive a pre-sale code for Camden, and by 10:30 still nothing. I figured all was lost and I would have to wait for the General Sale on Friday. I’m in a meeting at work and at 12:30 I get a text on my phone and it’s the pre-sale code! What!?!? I couldn’t believe it, so I went to the Ticketmaster app and punched in the code and sure enough, it worked!! I selected Best Available and what came up was GA Lawn seats. I didn’t want those, so I threw them back and tried again. Same thing second time around. I tried a third time and I was able to get seats, but it was in the second to last row, far left side. I didn’t want those either. I try again but now I select the highest priced ticket option, not the Best Available option. I hit find tickets and in less than five seconds, I now have a pair of tickets, Section 104, Row G!! Are you freakin’ kidding me? How was that possible? After reading the earlier posts, I thought I had no shot! Don’t know what happened but I bought those tickets and I’m now going to the show!! Has anyone else experienced this today? Don’t know what the glitch was earlier this morning, but I guess they got it fixed now. I hope you guys got the codes and were able to get tickets after all. See you at the show!!January 25, 2017 at 9:35 pm #8244
This is my favorite group and I wasnt able to get a pre-sale code, Im so disapointed!!! Any suggestions on other ways to get seats and not GA without spending a fortune on retail sites??January 26, 2017 at 2:15 am #8248
If bands really cared about their fans, GA tickets would be non transferable. Make scammers sit out in the cold like the old days. Truth is most of those $500 tickets are probably being sold by the band. It’s hard to buy tickets that aren’t actually released… Just put the buyers name on each ticket and have them show ID. Done. Let lawn be open but GA shouldn’t be a section for only the wealthy.January 26, 2017 at 8:46 pm #8256
Would LOVE to see the Camden show! If anyone has legit tickets for two “good” seats, I’d love to take them off your hands for you at face value + fees. I’ll even throw in a batch of the best homebaked cookies ever!
Of three of us who registered for a pre-sale code, only one code was received before 10:00 a.m. I seriously tried at least 200x over the past 16+ hours to buy just two tickets, but except for a few random seats in the back rows, the only tickets even offered were lawn tickets…So how is it that the ticket re-sellers have so many great seats that they’re trying to sell at crazy expensive prices? Sigh :(
Love this band, saw them at GOTR Seaside Heights & Sarasota Springs, but there’s got to be a better way to sell tickets!January 27, 2017 at 3:11 am #8257
Tons of tickets are on the re-sale sites for $$$$$. This pre-sale was crap. I even had the code and nothing.January 27, 2017 at 4:45 pm #8258
I have found over 1500 tickets available on a resale site Ticketpick.com. $30.00 lawn seats being sold for $300.00. So frustrating!!! How I wish there was the ability to stop this. I would do it in a heart beat. I would make phone calls and talk to congress, but I just don’t know where to start!!!January 30, 2017 at 5:05 pm #8261
I agree this presale didn’t work as intended. Yes, it was random who, out of those registered would get the code. I got one, my husband did not. I was on the computer and my phone exactly at 10. I started on my computer, but that froze when I was trying to enter presale code. On my phone I got the option of seats but by the time I proved I was not a bot, those tickets were sold. I was at least able to finally get lawn seats. Tried again during general onsale and same thing, only lawn available exactly at 10.
I am very grateful to at least have tickets, but very frustrated that there is not a smoohter way for fans to get the access to seats we are so desperate for.
