I got the presale code and went to purchase tickets. I picked “best available” and it gave me an option for “suite” for $350. So I went back and requested new tickets. Once again it gave me an option for “suites”. So, I looked for a seating map to see where the “suites” were. No seating map. I was doing this on my iphone and there is no seating map showing. So I once again attempted to purchase tickets. This time I got a message saying “There are 12 seats in a suite”. I was only buying 2 tickets. So now I’m wondering if I have to buy 12 seats at $350 each?? Attempting to buy 2 tickets at $350 each is a little much let alone expecting me to purchase 12? So I called AXS ticket customer service. I got a “leave a message” recording. So I left a message. No one returned my call. So I went through the whole process again with the continued message “There are 12 seats in a suite” with no other explanation of anything. So, I don’t have tickets, and am left very disappointed. The whole “we want to limit the scalpers opportunities” is making it harder and harder for the regular fans to get seats. Not to mention, a presale for your most loyal fans asking them to pay $350 per seat? And a ticket site that clearly has issues and would not work for me. I don’t see how signing up for a presale and being in this group helps me get ticket opportunities and at $350 per ticket no less?! Shouldn’t there be an incentive or tell us what the suites are or is there some other exclusive offer involved in a $350 seat? It seems to me the people/fans who sign up for these events and are looking forward to the presales should be offered something more than a $350 ticket. I am extremely disappointed in this overall process and the availability. At the least hire ticket agents who answer the phone and have a working website. So now I will wait for the 12th for the general sale and hope I am not shut out once again.
