Have you heard The Very Best? They are perhaps most renowned for their track ‘Warm Heart Of Africa’ which featured Ezra Keonig on vocals. It’s great.

Anyway. Our very own Winston was extremely honoured to be asked to lend his banjo-playing to a track on their new album which will be arriving completed later down the line. It is sounding, in Winston’s own words, ‘sick’. In the meantime however, they have just released a new mixtape the Super Mom Mixtape - “a celebration of every mother in the world’ - which is available to download free here.

And this Friday 13th May in London they’ll be celebrating its release with some friends with a free party at Villain (upstairs at East Village, Shoreditch), including Winston & Ben too who are two of a number of guest DJs.
