Just wanted to thank you guys for an awesome show in Surrey’s Holland Park. Took my wife and our 10 year old son and 8 year old daughter. We had a blast dancing and singing along to you guys. This show has a special meaning to me. My mother passed away around the time you released Babel. She was 91, and although she lived a long life and I was blessed to have her as long as I had, it was nevertheless hard to let her go. Listening to Babel helped me get through the sadness, especially songs like Ghosts That We Knew, and Below My Feet. Hearing them performed live helped bring closure. I thank you again for that. God bless you all, and good luck on the rest of your tour. And I hope to get the opportunity to see you again.
P.S., thanks as well to Mystery Jets and Michael Kiwanuka for opening up andkeeping us happily entertained. I will definitely be looking for more of your music
Peace

Thanks for the great show in Holland Park! You guys were awesome! My wife and I took our 22 year old daughter (who is fully in love with Marcus) and our 7 year old…another huge fan! We were 10 meters from the stage, close enough for us all you see you guys and I had my 7 year old in my arms when you started the concert…your first song brought her to tears. Unexplainable to her; tears of joy, touched by your music in a live setting. Thank you from a Father’s heart for moving my little girl’s soul with your music…thank you!

I feel so lucky to have purchased tickets to your show in Bonner Springs, KS. Your songs are very spiritual and I sing to GOD when I sing your songs. Don’t stop writing and singing spirituals.

We drove up from Saskatoon to see your show in Edmonton last night. Fantastic show! Thanks for coming to Western Canada. We’re used to Eastern Canada getting all the great shows so it was fantastic you came to “the other side”. I have to say I was thoroughly amused when you asked the crowd to stop clapping when you were singing acapella. We grew up in a musical family and always have a little chuckle when people “clap along to the music”. I could have sworn that when the crowd started “clapping to the music” that you guys had a little chuckle amongst yourselves but then again you might have just been smiling from the energy in the room ;). Thanks again for coming to see us and I hope you have been shown some fantastic Canadian hospitality. God Bless!
